  • The vowels for the preformatives are the best clue for identifying the stems is to look at the prefix vowel (except 1cs).

  • The He-directive
  • Shows motion towards something. It looks like hf   E.g. hft:yaBah (to the house)
  • Conjunctive Dagesh Forte -- Is sometimes placed in the initial consonant of a word in order to link it to the preceding word.
